Gregg has dedicated over 45 years to electronics hardware development, delivering innovative designs and products to market across a range of global industries. With experience spanning biotech, military, radar, particle accelerators, LED tech-military apps, LED tech commercial aviation, 3-D facial scanning tech for commercial aviation, art scanning tech, EV technology, professional audio design and service, pharmaceutical efficacy analysis with AAS, AC field detection for aircraft, UVLED water purification for marine and commercial aircraft, emergency first responder communications systems, emergency traffic control systems such as intersection pre-emption, photonic systems, radio broadcast automation hardware, medical sensor technology, and was even the systems engineer for Bryan Adams's 'Reckless' tour. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science from Ryerson Polytechnic and has ITAR clearance in the UK. With over 20 issued patents as filing agent and inventor, Gregg is optimistic about the potential Voltaic Renewables holds to create a unique and beneficial disruption of the renewable battery industry, leading to a higher efficiency product and a lower-waste clean energy solution.

Lara is a scientist that has worked in finance mainly in Europe with West LB Panmure and Canaccord Genuity, London, focusing on growing small-to-mid cap businesses. She has supported and developed companies from concept through to profitability across a range of technologies and sectors. Lara is well versed in the capital markets. She has raised C$1.8BN for emerging companies through diverse financing strategies. Lara has issued over 20 IPOs, including the first ever dual LSE-TSX listing for a Canadian biotechnology company YM Biosciences (acquired by Gilead (US$510M). Lara brings a deep understanding of business development, regulatory, intellectual property, and financial risks to companies. She is looking forward to establishing Voltaic Renewables as a significant player within the renewable energy sector. Lara holds degrees from McGill University, L'Institut Pasteur, and Cambridge University.
